Questions about pricing
- What counts as a seat?
- One inspector with their own login. Findings they approve are attributed to them, with their name and license number on the report.
- Is the AI included, or extra?
- Suggestions from your company's own trained model are included at every level, with no per-photo charge. Enrichment from an external vision model is a separate add-on, metered per photo, because that is the only part with a real per-photo cost.
- What happens to our photos and reports?
- They are kept. Nothing is deleted, which is why storage beyond a generous allowance is a paid add-on rather than a surprise.
