Home inspection report software for New Jersey
PixIntel works for inspectors in every state. In New Jersey it does one more thing: it finds the property in the state's own parcel records, so the draft report starts with the assessor's address, block and lot.
Block and lot, read from the parcel the house sits on
When your photos carry GPS, PixIntel looks the location up in the statewide parcel layer New Jersey publishes and offers the assessor's address with its block and lot. If the property class on record is not residential, it tells you.
Two sources that check each other
The same GPS is also turned into a street address independently. When the two agree, the suggestion carries higher confidence; when they do not, you see both. Phone GPS is only accurate to a few meters, so a neighboring parcel can appear as a second candidate, ranked by distance. Until you choose one, the report uses the top-ranked candidate's address, block and lot, and fills in building age and type from it, so check them before you finalize: pick another candidate with one click, or type your own.
Your wording, for New Jersey's standards of practice
The report's scope, the summary's opening and closing notes, and each section's scope can be your company's own wording, edited by an admin in PixIntel, so they can follow New Jersey's standards of practice and whatever your E&O insurer requires. PixIntel does not make a report compliant with any standard. Your wording and your review do.
Everything else works the same in every state
Drag in the job's photos and PixIntel groups them into findings, fills in the date and weather, and writes in a suggested comment where it is confident. Where it is not, it leaves the comment and the condition blank for you, with its suggestions alongside, rather than guessing. You approve every finding before the report can be finalized: a numbered version that cannot change, shared with your client by secure link, and exportable as a PDF.
