How it works

What the product actually does with your photos, and what it deliberately does not do.

1

It reads the photos

Each photo is encoded and grouped with the others taken of the same thing, so a defect photographed from three angles becomes one finding rather than three. Capture time and GPS come out of the file at upload.

2

It suggests your own words back to you

The suggested comments are drawn from your company's past reports — the comments whose photos look most like this one, ranked by how close the match is. Clicking one fills the narrative, and you edit it freely from there.

3

You are the one who signs it

Nothing is issued without review. Each finding needs narrative text before it can be approved, and the report cannot be finalized while any finding is outstanding. The draft saves typing; it does not make the judgement.

4

What it will not do

It will not guess. Below its confidence threshold a finding carries no suggested comment and no condition at all, because a blank is obvious and a confident invention is not. It does not price repairs, name materials, or recommend a contractor.
